  1. LWRP (Local Waterfront Revitalization Program)
    • Status: In process
    • Completion Timeline: Five (5) years
    • Overview: A State and Federally recognized planning grant to guide long-term waterfront and community development.
  2. NYMS Technical Assistance rant (New York Main Street)
  3. CDBG Water Asset Management Study (Community Development Block Grant)
  4. ZEV EV Charger Grant
    • Status: In process
    • Overview: Installation of an electric vehicle charging station at Harbor Park (near Federal Pier) to support sustainability and tourism.
